From EAST to EAST pop-up exhibition

FROM EAST TO EAST, was a pop-up Art/Fashion exhibition at at Brick Lane’s Old Truman Brewery. They displayed 47 sculptures from iconic sculptor Jason Freeny (he worked with everyone from Disney to Jeff Koons) and a capsule collection from FUN (a Chinese urban fashion brand that’s booming in the East as Chinese millennials embrace fashion). The centerpiece was a unique anatomical representation of a giant Garfield, everyone’s favourite lazy cat, that was 1.75 metres tall which I obviously had to take a picture with lol (SEE HERE or you can also scroll down for more pictures and the offical FROM EAST TO EAST video). Bringing together the best from both cultural traditions, this show encapsulated and celebrated the new exchange of ideas between East and West, taking elements from East (China) to East (London).

And we obviously ended up drinking,
