Delivery & Returns Information

All orders are sent 1st Class Royal Mail.

I aim to post all orders within 3 days of purchase.

 

 

EU

 

£3 â€“ Delivery 3 to 5 working days UK and 5-15 days EU

FREE UK and EU delivery for orders over £40

Please allow up to 14 days before contacting me if your order did not arrive.

 

REST OF WORLD

 

£10 â€“ Delivery 5-15 working days

£6 – for orders over £40

Please allow up to 20 days before contacting me if your order did not arrive.

 

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

 

Please note that recipients outside the EU will be responsible for any IMPORT DUTIES, CLEARANCE FEES or BROKERAGE fees including any other additional charges. I operate on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. Sometimes goods may be subject to delays, due to customs or weather. The customer is responsible for providing any information required by customs to ensure the goods are cleared. I recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion.

 

Refunds

 

I guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with, if you return it to me unworn, in their original condition, which includes tags and any original packaging within 10 days of receiving for a refund of that item or to exchange it for a different style or colour.

 

Refunds will be credited by your original method of payment.  Please send back the item(s) using the Post Office and ensure you post it using the sign for delivery service and retain the proof of posting, as I cannot make a refund if the parcel goes missing.

 

Your refund will be processed once your goods have been received and inspected. Please note that it may take up to 5 working days for refunds to show in your account. Each item returned will show on your statement as a refund/credit from nibshop.co.uk. If the original card used expires before we process your refund, please contact us with your new card details.

 

Refunds for other International Customers

Please note, unfortunately I currently do not offer refunds or exchanges on items bought outside of UK and EU. I am sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
