HOW to wear CO-ORDS
I've been talking about co-ords a lot but I never actually gave you any tips of how to wear them so here are few you should consider:
1. Most of the people think about skirt and a crop top when someone says co-ords but it's not just about that..there are plenty of matching pieces from trousers, skirts and shorts to blazers, shirts, jumpers and tops.
2. It's so important when buying a set that you LOVE BOTH parts of it. You need to get wear out of them as a matching set but also on their own. Wheter it's skirt and top, trousers or a blazer matching..think about how you would wear them on their own.
3. When picking the print/fabric/colour of the co-ords think about your current wardrobe, again if you have something else to match it with (I know that if you love it you'd buy it even if you don't have anything else to match it with haha I'm the same, but then you get bored of it so easily as a set and so it just stays in a dusty wardrobe - shopaholics' problems)
4. If you go for bright colours and bold prints, you should usually keep the shoes and bag in one colour otherwise it can be become a "faux pas". And then vice versa, plain co-ords look great with prints to drum up the loudness of the look.
5. Let your co-ords take centre stage, and keep the rest of your outfit muted. This means your shoes and accessories should complement your look, and not compete with it.
