Hindu TEMPLE
Source: londonmandir.baps.org
Neasden Temple is a traditional Hindu Temple. It is a place of worship, learning and community service. The temple was built using Bulgarian limestone and Italian Carrara marble. Stones were shipped to India where they were hand-carved and then shipped to London to be assembled like a giant jigsaw puzzle. I guess it was a pretty hard work but it looks amazing so it was worth it! It is a gorgeous place but the policy sucks. The picture above you would never take as a normal human being because you are not allowed to enter the building with a handbag and a camera, there is a little kiosk at the entrance where you can leave your stuff (but a sneak peak with your iPhone could work :P) The pictures I took are from the entrance view, well still not too bad ;)
