BOOTY work
What's the time? My watch says it's WORK OUT TIME! It's been just too long since I did some exercise really. I've been doing nothing apart from eating to be honest.. Since I had problems with my back, could not move and wasn't eating properly I finally lost weight and had my dream 57kg but as soon as I got back on track, pizza got back on track as well :D Oh guys, I love food so much!!! Well I gotta stop now, summer is just round the corner and I need to get back in shape. Let's start the training with the booty workout, who doesn't wanna have a nice round bum? I won't be telling you how many reps to do as it's individual, it really just depends on what you want from your workouts, what's your strenght atm and so on..discuss it with your trainers.
